The Bentleigh Greens Soccer Club at Kingston Heath Reserve is located just half an hour from the Central Business District. The Club is the Competition and Training venue for one of Victoria's Soccer Premier League Clubs. The venue consists of a clubhouse with kiosk and 4 changing rooms.

The Olympic Park situated on the Yarra River, is only a 15 minutes walk from the heart of Melbourne and is also easily accessible via tram, train and car!
The Stadium can accommodate up to 18,500 spectators and features an accredited FIFA soccer pitch, athletics track and a range of hospitality facilities.
Olympic Park plays host to some of Australia's premier sport and entertainment events, including athletics and Rugby League at local, national and international levels. It was also home to the soccer for 1956 Olympic Games held in Melbourne.

Fawkner Park is the training venue during the games time and is only about 10 mins away from the Federation Square and hosts several local sports competition throughout the year.

Competition Standards
The Football competition at the Melbourne 2005 Deaflympics will be run under the rules and auspices of the Federation Internationale de Natation (FIFA), and the International Committee Silent Sports (CISS).

Warm Up Facilities
Teams are entitled to access to the competition pitches for warm up prior to their match.

Official Pre Games Training

Each team will be given a session of 90 minutes per day on 2 and 3 January at KHR and GGR.

Games Time Training
Teams not competing on the competition day will be given a session of 30 minutes (min) to a hour (max) training at Fawkner Park

A schedule will be handed out at the Deaflympics Technical Director's meeting on 3 January 2005.

Transport
Match days - Team/s will require to present at the venue ninety (90) minutes prior to kick off of their match and will depart the venue at forty five (45) minutes after the conclusion of their match.

Equipment
Match balls will be provided, however, it is the responsibility of each participating team to bring their own training/warm up balls.
