This meet is under the technical regulations of the World Masters Athletics. The world records quoted are those achieved by registered financial members of affiliated nations of WMA. For a record to be validated it has to be submitted with all of the required documentation through the statistician of the affiliated nation of the record-breaking athlete.
If you think that there is a chance that you will break a record at this meet, you should ensure before the meet that you are a financial member of the masters or veterans club of your country or state. If you do break a record, inform WMG Athletics Administration, Olympic Park,, who will ask you to fill in an application form. which is to be forwarded to the statistician of your masters or veterans club. Non-members of masters or veterans clubs do not qualify for this set of records.
