Tournament Director: Although a relative newcomer to water polo, Tony has been involved with swimming administration and competition for more than 15 years at club and state levels. He has organised and run major swim meets over many years and currently has a role with Swimming Victoria overseeing the development of up and coming young swimmers targeting the Commonwealth Games, World Championshsips and Olympic Games over the next 4 years. In September last year, Tony discovered water polo when he organised and ran a highly successful 16 and Under National Championships at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre. Since then Tony has taken on the role as Events Coordinator for Victorian Water Polo and is actively planning a number of other major water polo championships as well as the Deaflympics event.
