Field10: Everyone feels that the Australian Deaflympics Organising Committee understands our needs and sports principles through well-established modes of communication. This may mean that the games will be well prepared for the competitors. I have heard nothing but praise from every avenue of life
I am sure we will be seeing and hearing a great deal more about your achievements in the coming events. Keep up the good work!
Field14: In the year 1965 as a player I witnessed all players of other nations staying on the Gallaudet College campus. All of us would mingle, chat, play, eat and sleep in one place like the Olympic Village. We were able to communicate with each other in a universal language known as "Gestuno". We had a wonderful and unique experience.
